Job Description

Platform Lead – West Yorkshire / Hybrid Competitive salary plus excellent benefits This well-established, national company are looking to add an experienced Platform Lead / Lead PHP Developer to spearhead their web team. The business is positioned to revamp their digital presence, integrating the latest technologies and features into theirplatform architecture.Package:

The Platform Lead will be required to develop, mentor and scale a high-performing technical team as well as ensuring a best-in-class back-end web platform. As Technical Lead, you will fostering a cross-functional collaboration culture within various teams whilstoverseeing and managing technical projects from conception to completion.The role will operate a hybrid working model, with a preference for candidates to be able to travel to either Hebden Bridge or Leeds twice per week.Required:
  • Significant experience in a senior or lead developer role.
  • Expertise in PHP and an understanding of frameworks such as Symfony
  • Cloud platforms such as Azure, or equivalent.
  • A strong grasp of DevOps principles, specifically in implementing and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • A track record of mentoring, coaching, or leading other developers
