OverviewKey Account Manager required for a new role in Leeds. This is to assist a sales department in dealing with complex quotes to a specific value, manage certain key accounts, servicing of the house accounts and assisting Sales Manager in optimising their timewith customers.The RoleAlong with supporting the Field Sales Manager and supervising the sales support staff, duties will include:Raising new jobs on the jobs database, ensuring incomplete jobs are reprogrammed and costed for work in progress purposes at the end of each month. Dealing with customer enquiries / query resolving.Dealing with enquiries, emails and distributing/actioning, including pre-invoicing query resolution, as required.Working closely with Operations so jobs can be completed efficiently and collaboratively. Supporting and administrating the Sales Managers in numerous tasks.Managing the house accounts and providing quotations, ensuring they are followed up.Keeping sales opportunity up to date and accurate reflecting live stages of the quotes.Taking and assisting with any inbound calls, dealing with reactive sales works, domestic jobs etc.Ensuring booked in works have all appropriate documentation and information for works and this is passed over to operations department.Providing cover for the sales department if and when required.Business support demands when required such as supporting the sales team with building of “noncomplex” quotations. Assistance / cover for invoicing, pricing basic jobs.
