IT TrainerIT TrainerMS Office suite - West Yorkshiresalary to £35,000WFH/Office optionsLeading organisation requires an IT Trainer with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite who has the ability to demonstrate the ability to assess training needs, devise training plans and programmes and write the appropriate documentation have experienceof on-boarding and inductions, training to groups in a class room environment as well as one-to-one training and be able to demonstrate high level of presentation skills for delivery of training courses. The role will provide you with a great opportunity towork in a varied environment covering a wide range of different responsibilities including providing one to one and group training sessions via remote tools and in a classroom environment, creating course scripts and maintaining the training records and schedulingfuture training.As an IT Trainer you will ideally have 3 years experience of working in an IT training environment (legal preferred) where you will be required to monitor new software updates, identify the training requirements for the organisation, test software products,suggest recommendations etc. You will have both excellent troubleshooting skills and technical skills and have the ability to work as a team player, particularly in communicating and supporting other team members.
