Job Description

My client is a fast growth founder driven beauty brand. The digitally native brand is hugely popular with millennials and Gen Z consumers with its Instagram handle boasting over 1.5 million followers. It has a strong online customer base across the UK, France,Italy, US, MENA and SE Asia and is fast growing within major beauty retailers such as Lookfantastic, Sephora, Holland & Barrett, Boots and Superdrug.This is an exciting and varied role which will see you working with the agents and / or influencers to plan and execute brand building campaigns ensuring all activity is in line with business goals.JOB SUMMARY1. Managing a team of agents and/or influencers2. Create, manage and drive media campaigns forward with your team3. Report on the success of the media campaigns in line with set KPIs and targetsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Source and create a bank of relevant agents and influencers
  • Create and maintain lasting relationships with relevant agencies and influencers
  • Maintain a close watch on appropriate social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktoketc) for trends and up and coming agents/influencers within your assigned region.
  • Secure and action compliant contracts.
  • Write and proofread relevant campaign content ensuring they are in line with the current company focus.
  • Ensure that the companys current products are featured accordingly in line with the companys focus.
  • Keep to appropriate timings and schedules ensuring all campaigns go live at the programmed time.
  • Review all content prior to the campaign going live.
  • Manage and spend the campaign budget accordingly and in line with the company
  • Report on relevant Social Media trends and KPIs
  • Report on the success to the set target and company KPIs
