Job Description

Head of Franchise (UK Remote)Offering £55,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary plus OTE £70,000 uncapped, Vehicle and Benefits.Our client is a market leading manufacturer with a dedicated UK franchise network. They are now recruiting a Head of Franchise, who will be responsible for coaching, leading and supporting the Business Development Managers alongside the Domestic FranchisedNetwork to ensure it’s increase in sales and profit growth.Head of Franchise - Key Responsibilities

  • Build out and roadmap key strategic milestones to grow sales and profitability.
  • Coach and support BDMs to ensure best practice methods are being used, measured and reviewed on a regular basis.
  • Create a climate of accountability and empowerment within DFN to ensure exceptional and consistent customer experience.
  • Fully understand the customer’s key business drivers and emerging needs to ensure customer-centric solutions are created and executed inline with business plans.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies that can be employed against competitors to win business and be aware of competitor sales strategies.
  • Ensure high standards of sales excellence by conducting regular in-field operational accompaniments to ensure standards are being met, and processes are adhered to.
  • Assist BDMs with monitoring franchisee progress and agree action plans and training.
  • Assist the DFN re-sales and recruitment by completing lead vetting and qualification calls, attending discovery days and interviews where required.
  • Speak at conferences and events about the company’s products and services to continue to increase awareness within the market.
Head of Franchise - Requirements
  • Experienced managing Franchise network performance, growth and strategy.
  • Be an experienced people manager and leader, able to provide clear direction and focus.
  • Experienced working to British Franchise Association guidelines.
The Head of Franchise position is offering £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary plus OTE £70,000 uncapped, vehicle and benefits. This position is a full-time, permanent role, working remotely with flexibility to attend our client’s head office in Leeds once permonth.All successful candidates will be contacted within 5 days of application.
