The business is the leading manufacturer of frozen confectionery products in Europe. In 1990 the companys UK Business Unit was established, based in Yorkshire, Northern England. The UK office are responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain Managementof a large range of branded and private label products which are distributed to a wide range of retail and food service customers globally.The companys UK business unit is seeking to hire a Graduate Supply Chain Executiveto join the team, to complement the expanding global business in this sector. If you are enthusiastic, focussed and ambitious with the desire to develop in a thriving businessthen this could be the role for you. Some experience in similar roles is desirable.On a day to day, you will be analysing customer data and providing customer insight to drive an accurate forecast. Attend meetings with internal colleagues and external customers, to manage daily order management with customers and Third-Party Logistics(3PL) providers. Pro-actively discuss availability challenges with clients to jointly find solutions. Agreeing seasonal supply and demand plans with customers, to be able to coordinate range changes ensuring smooth product launches and exits. Also, work onprojects to improve Supply Chain processes and set-ups.Essential Skills
