Your role will be to embed quality practicewith strong leadership skills, a manager who leads by example and offers strong reflective supervision with a commitment to professional development. You will have : A Social Work Degree and be registered with the Social Work England as a qualified SocialWorker. Proven Social Work experience. Know what excellence looks like and champion best practice. Have a good working knowledge of fostering regulations and national minimum standards and understand the fostering assessment process. Have experience ofand/or sound knowledge of The Mockingbird Programme Ability to support, develop and inspire others.
