We are embedding a Signs of Safety approach when working with families building on the strengths and developing positive relationships tosupport changeWe are seeking to recruit an exceptional Team Manager for our Fostering Service who is committed to service improvement and is able to support and influence best practice across the team you will manage. Your role will be to embed quality practicewith strong leadership skills, a manager who leads by example and offers strong reflective supervision with a commitment to professional development. You will have : A Social Work Degree and be registered with the Social Work England as a qualified SocialWorker. Proven Social Work experience. Know what excellence looks like and champion best practice. Have a good working knowledge of fostering regulations and national minimum standards and understand the fostering assessment process. Have experience ofand/or sound knowledge of The Mockingbird Programme Ability to support, develop and inspire others.
