Michael Page are proud to partner with a well known business to source a Finance Manager for their team.Client DetailsOur client have a strong name in the market and a large Finance team based in West Yorkshire who are at the heart of the business, ensuring optimum performance and acting as a value add function.The idea is that Finance understand and support but challenge the business when making commercial and strategic decisions through accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.DescriptionThe Finance team are responsible for the implementation of financial strategy and control, and there are a number of opportunities available within Group Accounting, External Reporting and Balance Sheet reporting.Some of the responsibilities will include;* Accounting and reporting of Lease, Capex and Vendor Finance transactions and balances* Monthly analysis of General Ledger accounts and balance sheet reconciliations* Liaison and work with Tax Department* Participate in Month End Reporting and Additional Information Packs reporting* Ad-hoc projects and reportingProfileFor this role you must be a Qualified Accountant, ideally from Practice but Industry qualified would also be considered if you have strong technical reporting experience (under IFRS, UKGAAP)You must be a confident communicator as you will be expected to business partner with the wider Finance team.Job OfferA competitive salary + excellent benefits package
