Do you have 2 years’ experience using FEA tools Our client is currently looking for an FEA Engineer to join their team in South Yorkshire.The company Our client design, manufacture and sell advanced single and double deck buses within the automotive market. They have developed a range of low-carbon buses with optimised drive systems, setting the benchmark for fuel economy and CO2 reduction. Their lightweight engineering, premium service and low running costs all contribute to these advanced passenger vehicles designed for a global market.The role As FEA Engineer, you’ll provide capability and design support to the Body Engineering (BE) team to ensure the vehicle systems meet performance, weight, and cost targets. You will focus on analysing, and designing the next generation of the platform, as well as owning and leading the analysis of a range of crash, stiffness, and strength load cases throughout the programme.
