Job Description

Equity Release AdvisorEstablished in 2004, we have been delivering our award-winning service ever since!We pride ourselves on being the UKs No.1 Equity release advisor, providing a range of tailored financial solutions and delivering the highest quality of service.Salary; £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus. Starting OTE £40,000 - £45,000 with a salary progression scheme in place for top performers to rise quickly.Hours; Monday - Thursday 9-5:30pm, Friday 9-5:00pm.OR Monday - Thursday 9-5:30 with one late shift 11:30-8pm.Saturday 1 in 4 - 9-5pm (however will receive a day off in the week).Location; Fully remote - In Field Face to Face advising.What will a typical day look like- Contacting clients via pre-qualified appointments to provide equity release advice in line with each individuals objectives and circumstances.- Providing clients with comprehensive recommendation packs, including KFIs and in line with the companys best practice.- Meeting targets.- Contacting clients upon receipt of equity release offer and communicating the outcome of property valuations where determined by the companys designated process.- Developing appropriate relationships with lenders.- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business.What do we require- MUST have a completed CeMAP qualification and the obtainment of a CeRER qualification is required before starting the role.- A minimum of 6 months experience as an adviser within the field of regulated financial services.- The ability to work on individual initiative whilst fitting in to a vibrant and enthusiastic team environment.- Evidence of sustained performance and compliant practice.- The ability to manage time efficiently.- A caring and empathetic approach to working with customers.Benefits;- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and Birthday Day off!- Holiday purchase and selling scheme, up to 5 days per year.- Pension Scheme.- Cash healthcare plan, claim back on dentist, opticians, a range of alternative therapies and more.- Discounts and cashback at major retail businesses.- Life assurance.- Gym discounts.- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.- Car allowance given £5,500 for In Field Face to Face advising.- and many more!If you would like to join our team, please get in touch today!INDHIGH
