Employment Solicitor NQ-4 PQE Leeds This national firm with a solid footprint in Leeds is looking to expand its Employment team with the hire of a further junior lawyer. The opportunity - The team is headed up by the national head of Employment so there is a strong focus on Employment law in the Leeds office - You will gain exposure to the full range of contentious and transactional Employment work, with a bias towards Tribunal work - Youll get the chance to handle your own advocacy if you are keen to do so - The team works with major employer clients across a broad sector spread - Its a close-knit national team of down-to-earth friendly professional lawyers and is a great place to build your skills - The firm operates a hybrid working policy and can offer flexible working arrangements - They offer a really competitive national firm salary and benefits package, and have an extremely manageable chargeable hours target, as they promote genuine work life balance About you - You will be either a qualified Solicitor with up to about 4PQE in Respondent Employment matters, or approaching qualification this year with an Employment seat under your belt - You will be keen to get involved in the full range of contentious employment matters alongside some transactional work - You will either be based in Leeds or keen to move to the area If this sounds like an opportunity youd like to explore, please get in touch with Laura at BCL as soon as possible as the firm is currently interviewing.
