Job Description

Educational Support Assistant Reception WF3 Tingley We are currently working closely with a Primary school in the WF3 area of Wakefield, this primary school is looking for an educational support assistant who is able to support the learning, development and welfare of pupils including intimate care, whetherthis be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential for this role, the ideal candidate must be a caring individual who is comfortable providing children with extra care and support.This role will require you to assist children with SEND, as you will be working with vulnerable children you must be dedicate, energetic and committed to motivating and inspiring children to learn and have a true passion towards helping every child fulfiltheir potential.Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience working with children that have special educational needs
  • Must be patient and flexible
  • Comfortable providing children with extra support
  • Have a DBS o the update service or willing to apply
