Leading ecommerce retailer, with a household name and a reputation for quality, has a vacancy for a Digital Marketing Manager to devise and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive the acquisition of new customers and expand the customer demographic.Working in a data-driven decision-making environment, the successful Digital Marketing Manager / Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for campaign management, delivering a roadmap towards personalisation involving customer segmentation, customer journey and digital transformation.This is a crucial role for the company and as such the successful Ecommerce Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager MUST HAVE:1) A strong background in digital marketing, with experience in e-commerce / multichannel / omnichannel retailing - ESSENTIAL2) Experience of customer segmentation, ideally coupled with identification of new target demographics - ESSENTIAL3) Experience of SEO/PPC/Social Media etc - ESSENTIAL4) Strong experience in paid performance channels, with experience of attribution - ESSENTIAL5) Ideally, experience of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other similar online analytical tools - ESSENTIAL6) Ideally, experience of the fashion/beauty industry - DESIRABLE, NOT ESSENTIALThis is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business who are looking to use insight and decisioning to make the customer experience at the heart of their proposition, so send your CV ASAP for a prompt response.
