Elevation recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a E-Commerce Sales Administrator to work for our client based in Kirkstall in Leeds.This is working for a business who are reputable supplier of their products UK Wide and into Europe.The main responsibilities of the E-Commerce sales administrator will be to maintain the sales order processing for a small range of UK wholesalers but primarily Amazon Vendors.The E-Commerce Sales Administrator will be dealing with the full 360 degree sales process to ensure that the goods reach the customer on time and in full and ensure a smooth process throughout. You will also need to collaborate with the Commerce Manager, ContentManager and Warehouse liaison to keep a smooth flow of sales orders, dispatch and stock control.The main responsibilities of the role will include:-*Processing general customer orders*Courier data entry for postage labels*Downloading and processing Amazon Vendor Orders*Create Amazon ASN labels for dispatch team*Create invoices on in house system*Create invoices on Amazon Vendor*Answering telephone / taking orders / dealing with product/sale enquiries - general customer service*System product maintenance, updating locations, descriptions, pricing etc.*Always keep Amazon reports and master sheets up to date*Monitor inventory levels on Vendor portal and identify potential stock issues*Investigate and respond to Amazon noncompliance issues and action resolutions*Investigate and respond to Amazon shortage claims providing all relevant documentation to support case*Monitor and process Amazon contractual service invoices and process on internal system*Prepare Amazon promotion requests by checking pricing against margin requirements for review by E Commerce Manager*The opportunity to attend trade shows and exhibitionsTo be considered for this role you will be an enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious individual with a hunger achieve with a proven track record of success.
