Data AnalystData AnalystSQL -West YorkshireOUTSIDE IR35Hybrid/WFH / 6 monthsgood ratesMy client has an urgent need for a Data Analyst to work with their core systems experience in Practice Management, CRM and HR systems is preferred, ideally Aderant( PMS) , Interaction (CRM) and Cascade (HR) and to initially investigate, analyse and determinethe quality of their data to identify data quality issues and implementing strategies for improving the quality of the data before documenting the data available to the business to allow then develop reporting in line with their current strategy assistingthe development and optimization of the use of CRM in order to ensure my client maximises on the potential of the system, its capabilities and how it can be used more effectively across the business. Although initially the focus will be on their core systemsit is envisaged it will expand to cover a number of other systemsThe requirement is to link data so they can report across multiple data sets, identify how to link this data and the process & technology need to achieve this will be a key part of this role so gaining an understanding of the immediate reporting requirementsis essential allowing any gaps in our data to be identified and appropriate solutions for filling these gaps to be proposed. Working with the reporting partners the successful candidate will be expected to identify the data in the system for extraction andloading up into our new reporting environment, you will also work alongside Business Analysts and provide project support to Project Managers in delivering data focused projects.Technical experience of some or all of the following would be desirable Entity Relationship Diagrams, MS SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Purview.This role is based in Leeds city centre, is hybrid/WFH, OUTSIDE IR35 and is commutable from Barnsley, Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, York, Selby, Skipton, Harrogate, Halifax, Sheffield, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, North YorkshireKellan Group (including all of our brands, Berkeley Scott, RK and Quantica) are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
