The company are currently expanding due to continued success.The positions are on a permanent basis and offer you ongoing progression opportunitiesfor a long standing career.DescriptionYour main duties as a Customer Service Advisor will include;

  • Taking inbound calls from customers to assist them with product queries and ordering stock for them
  • Booking appointments for customers, cross referencing the diaries of both the business and the customer
  • Working through an email inbox
  • Updating all call notes and information on to the system
ProfileAs a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have;
  • Experience within a call centre, customer service, office based or administrative role
  • Alternatively you could be a graduate looking to start a career, or have worked in retail/hospitality and are wanting to progress withing your career
  • Strong telephone manner with the ability to communicate well with customers
  • A passion for helping customers
