OpportunityAre you a Credit and Risk Manager looking for a New OpportunityExcellent key finance role responsible for all aspects of Company credit and risk management including collections, invoicing process, sales ledger management, credit risk profiling / level setting along, with and motivation and development of the Credit andRisk Team. The roleTeam Development and Motivation :Drive performance in a credit team, through effective debt collection sand strategical process improvementEstablish Team Targets and KPIs in line with objective based metricsCredit Risk ManagementRevie and manager credit risk with external insurer to set effective credit limitsDebt recovery and debt management with key-accounts, alongside insurance claimsCredit and Risk ReportingPrepare and monitor 13-week rolling cash forecast for use in Business cash management forecast.Create review and report credit provision positions at month end in line with company policyThe PersonThe successful candidate will be:Driven, strategic credit manager with experience delivering procedural change in a credit function.Ability to drive team performance, with a key focus on learning and developmentStrong presentation skills to present and communicate credit risk positions to wider business effectively and efficientlyBenefitsSalary up to £60,000Excellent Pension and rewards and benefitsOn site based position
