On offer is a challenging and rewarding caseload of multitrack work, including matters such as baby lossand catastrophic injury as a consequence of substandard maternity and neonatal care. It is therefore essential that candidates wishing to be considered for this role have the natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all timesdemonstrating care and understanding. This role will see the successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer dealing with all aspects of running the caseload from initial instruction through to court proceedings. This firm offer remote working, with occasional travelto visit clients and for team meetings.THE CANDIDATE:Our client is looking for qualified Solicitor or Legal executive who are NQ- 3 years PQE, you will have gained experience within clinical negligence work and will be confident in running your own caseload of client matters. It is expected that, as a ClinicalNegligence expert, you will be fully up to date with civil procedure rules, rules on evidence, the litigation process and funding, as applicable. You will be highly organised, and able to build rapport with ease, you will enjoy working within a close-knitteam culture.
