Job Description

Business AdministratorWest YorkshireContract £28,000 Equivalent Our team are seeking a Business Administrator for a social housing association based in West Yorkshire that will support provide efficient pro-active and dynamic personal assistance and administrative support.Business Administrator Duties Responsibilities:

  • Carry out quality minute taking meetings to a high and uniform standard which ensures all decisions are recorded accurately and in a way that shows managers are fulfilling statutory duties
  • Ensure papers are accurate and be responsible for the dissemination of papers within agreed timetables
  • Arrange and administer board activities such as appraisals, inductions, seminars, training, recruitment, expenses, hotels, and travel where required
  • Provide an efficient administrative support including acting as first point of contact, diary management, document preparation, carrying out research as required and drafting responses on their behalf.
Business Administrator Required Experience:
  • Substantial experience of working in a personal assistant/high level administrator role.
  • Demonstrable experience of working directly for senior staff members
  • Advanced knowledge in the use and operation of Microsoft Office packages
  • A working knowledge of social housing governance requirements and processes
Business Administrator Desirable:
  • RSA Typing Qualification
  • Shorthand Qualification
