We are looking for a Backend Developer skilled in PHP and Laravel to focus on the development of new and existing systems. The role is held with an e-commerce company and will expose you to a variety of different tasks including website development and internalefficiency tools.Responsibilties:- Work with the existing team to develop and maintain systems in Laravel and CakePHP.- Work systematically with other members of the team to improve performance of the eCommerce websites in terms of aesthetics, functionality and conversion rates.- Developing in house systems to aid in productivity and profitability for other colleagues.- Investigating, finding and resolving bugs in the code base and applying these fixes across their sites.Skills:- Experience with PHP and relational databases (MySQL or similar)- Experience working with Laravel.- Familiarity of working with building and consuming APIs.
