2nd Line Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst2nd Line Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk AnalystLeeds, West Yorkshire£30,000 plus great benefits including hybrid workingLeading professional services organisation requires a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst to support internal and external stakeholders on a busy helpdesk. aAs a 2nd Line Servicedesk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst you will have excellent client service skills, be proactive, have excellent communication skills and a team oriented approach. You will be required to take calls (incidents and service requests) on theIT service desk system, ensuring that all client contact and updates are recorded, investigate, monitor and resolve any incidents/service requests, liaise with internal/external clients and IT support to resolve incidents, be responsible for application delivery,patching and anti-virus, install software where appropriate and Asset tag, log and where appropriate document all IT assets.Any MS accreditations or experience of some or all of the following is desirable: Experience of desktop upgrades and/or migrations, Active Directory, Group Policies, SCCM, MS Exchange.
