Berry Recruitment West Wickham are currently recruiting for an Assistant Executive Search Consultant on a part time basis for our client based in South East London. However this will be a predominantly home based role.Location: Home based with occasional travel to South East LondonSalary: £20,800 pro rata + bonusPart time hours to be suit but ideally between 20 and 25 hours a week.We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Recruitment. You will be confident in building client and candidate relationships. Your responsibilities will include servicing existing accounts whilst acquire new clients within the Insurance sector.Whilst also building a pipeline of suitable candidates to fulfil the roles. You need to be a strong communicator, who is organised and proactive. Ideally you will have worked at Senior Management level and be comfortable liaising with high level candidatesand clients.
