Their support services provide a full life-cycle service for buildings in both public and private sectors including reactive and planned buildings maintenance, grounds maintenance and a host of other services and they also have highly successful private house building and commercial property interests.The rare offering of in-house expertise, coupled with their strategic alliance business units, present our client as one of few organizations able to offer complete solutions for the delivery of a wide range of innovative schemes.THE REQUIREMENT:Reporting to the Head of Design, this role will be responsible for managing the BIM elements across a portfolio of projects with input during the pre and post-contract phases.This is a key part in supporting design managers and will be involved from RIBA2 and responsibilities will include; ensuring correct protocols are in place, producing BIM execution plans, dealing with and interrogating the flow of digital information, reviewing and uploading REVIT, carrying out clash tests, unpicking problems, analysing COBie and supporting the supply chain.Suitable applicants may come from an architectural, design or document control background that have two years within a BIM role.This is a new role within the business and the client may potentially offer successful candidates an opportunity to step into a BIM manager role in the foreseeable future.
