Job Description

A well-established medical device and pharmaceutical company are looking for a QARA Manager to join their growing team. This individual will play a leading part in the organisation, requiring them to be motivated, driven, and hands on. They also require this individual to have had previous pharmaceutical experience in both quality and regulatory duties.As well as being able to offer a competitive salary, they are also happy to offer some remote working a couple of days a week.   • Undertake the role of Responsible Person (RP) as defined by the guidelines on GDP practice of medicinal products (2013/C343/01).
  • Ensure all GDP activities are fully compliant with regulations and Wholesaler dealing license is retained.
  • Ensure regulatory filings and approvals delivered to agreed timescales.
  • Keep the Leadership Team informed of any supply or serious Quality or Safety issues.
  • Ensure that the company is fully compliant with all relevant EU, FDA, and National Quality regulations.
  • Manage third party vendor relationships in the Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance areas.
    • QARA Manager – Role Requirements:
  • Registered with MHRA as a Responsible Person for WDA(H)
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment
  • Previous work experience within Quality Assurance
  • Life Science Degree or equivalent professional qualification
