  • Technical Manger positon overseeing all technical aspect through the business and focusing on new product development & design created by the Product Designer
  • Provide technical support for customers when required
  • Offer technical support to the sales, design & production departments
  • Identify areas for improvement with existing products/designs regularly & oversee their application
  • Oversee the implementation process of new methods and solutions
  • Manage any product quality issues that may arise and execute suitable solutions to overcome such issues
  • Supervise a wide range of projects to improve efficiency within the factory
  • Dealing with small to medium volume bespoke projects
  • Report to the Operations Director
The ideal applicant will be Technical Manager - Architectural Ironmongery & Hardware with:
  • Must have experience in a similar technical position
  • Would be open to other backgrounds providing you have highly technical ability
  • Ideally experience within the architectural ironmongery, door / window hardware, interior fittings sector or similar
  • Good working knowledge of SolidWorks
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
