Job Description

A leading Midlands scale up is searching for an enthusiastic, hands-on PPC Manager to work hybrid one day a week to help grow the company’s market share.You will be joining this autonomous, dynamic team that prioritises your development and growth in the company.This team are looking for someone who:

  • Can oversee and enhance Google and Bing accounts to optimise performance of traffic, revenue and ROAS.
  • Proactively track performance against OKRs
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team and Development Team regularly.
  • Stay involved in the PPC industry and keep up to date with the most modern advancements.

Skills you will need:• 3+ years of experience in a PPC-specific role, with a preference for Google Shopping expertise.• Uphold the highest standards, foster team growth, and inspire team members.• Showcase a robust portfolio of PPC success stories, demonstrating performance improvements that meet and exceed KPIs.• Proven track record of successfully scaling large accounts through paid media strategy and hands-on optimisation.• Possess strong commercial awareness in the PPC domain.• Employ intelligent bid optimisation, utilizing both manual and automated methods to manage bids at scale and consistently achieve optimal results.
