PMO Analyst / Co-ordinator - Software - Project Management - Home working and West MidlandsOur client, a highly successful and growing software company, is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst / Coordinator to support the PMO function across a variety of PMO activities.This is a full time role but you could work remotely from home three to four days per week. You would need to be able to come into our clients Solihull office in the West Midlands for one to two days per week.The PMO Analyst will focus attention on PMO housekeeping activities such as maintenance of Demand Management Forms, Change Requests, Project Tracker Logs, RAID Logs various reports and MI data, and the follow through of specific activities with the ProjectManagement team and others within the organisation to ensure that process is being followed and that the PMO has the appropriate and sufficient information to maintain oversight.The PMO Analyst will also provide support for project resource coordination and the creation of project schedulesKey Responsibilities
