We are currently recruiting for an Investment & Contracts Manager on behalf of our client, a social landlord with a modern approach who are dedicated to the development of their clients and staff.This is a permanent position and will be based out of the organisations Office based in the West Midlands.The Investment & Contracts Manager role is paying £45,000 + car allowance. Candidates will require a knowledge of building/construction and safety legislation, standards and best practice.
