We are currently recruiting for a Head of Assets and Compliance on behalf of our client, a social landlord with a modern approach who are dedicated to the development of their clients and staff.This is a permanent position and will be based out of the organisations Office based in the West Midlands.The Head of Assets role is paying between £62k and £65k depending on experience + £3,500 car allowance. Candidates will need to have comprehensive knowledge of building and safety legislation, standards, and best practice relating to Social Housing.
