Job Description

Engineering L & D Specialist - Midlands (Regional Role) - £32,000 plus car allowance and home working allowance making total salary of £40,444pa. / Being paid to work from home / Pension, 25 days holiday plus stats.The Role: Engineering L & D Specialist

  • Working for a specialist training organisation you will be supporting learners through their introduction to construction engineering onwards.
  • Based at home you will be travelling to meet with your learners in their place of work to support them to help ensure they experience the very best learner journey.
  • You will be utilising your expertise in learning and development best practice to ensure every element of their interaction is effective and supportive and goes a long way to helping to ensure they gain the qualifications.
  • You will be adding value to the learner journey by sharing your experiences of working within the engineering sector.
    • Essential Requirements: Engineering L & D Specialist
  • HNC minimum level engineering qualification
  • Sound working knowledge of delivery and assessment of engineering subjects
  • Strong occupational competence within an engineering setting
  • An encouraging and motivating coach and mentor
