We have a new opportunity to join an exciting and extremely well financed European developer who are looking for an additional person to join their real estate team.Our client operate largely in the logistics and industrial sectorhistorically maybe not the most glamorous of sectors, but it the fastest growing asset class across the globe and seems its their time to shine! Your role will be integral to the successof the developments and their operations by supporting the acquisitions and asset management teams. Youll be advising the acquisitions team on potential purchases and technical due diligence of, through to working closely with the asset management team, wholater lease the respective assets. They typically split them in to "big box" and "small box" and youll act as the "glue" between the acquisitions and asset management teams.Some new acquisitions will be turned around fairly quickly, others may need fuller redevelopment, re-purposing and/or large scale refurbishments, therefore scope to get involved in the full development life cycle of the buildings. One of the very seniorstake-holders of the business has a build to rent/ PBSA background, so you will be working with individuals also from outside the sector who can share their wider knowledge and experience outside of the logistics space.
