A Factory / Production Supervisors role has become available for a commercial window & door business that make and install uPVC and aluminium windows & doors. This role will involve focusing on their uPVC business, working on the factory floor and supporting your team to produce great products safely and on time. The role will be based from the companys Head Office in the West Midlands and you will be working closely with the Operations Manager to organise and plan orders from the office through to dispatch.Applicants should have a good understanding of how to manufacture uPVC windows & doors using CNC machinery and the ability to lead and support others. You may be a Fabricator looking for the next move or already be in a supervisory role and would like to work for a company that will support you to achieve a Production Managers role in the future but you must be able to take the initiative and be prepared to lead from the front.This is a full time permanent Mon-Fri role with a competitive salary and good future prospects.
