Job Description

Henley Morgan are working with a leading SAP Business One Gold Partner who are looking for an experienced Support Consultant to join their team of experts.The successful candidate will have great communication skills and a high level of experience with all the SAP Business One components.Apply now if you are looking for your next opportunity to work within an SAP B1 Partner environment!Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to SAP B1 customers and resolve tickets
  • Escalate issues to the relevant teams
  • Report writing and data migration
  • Compliance of SAP Business One customer service level
Experience:
  • SAP Business One experience
  • BEAS experience is highly desirable
  • SQL and Crystal Reports experience
  • BEAS experience is desirable
  • Proficient IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and more
  • Multi-tasking, time management & organisational skills
