Job Description

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for marketing and completing sales for numerous open market new build schemes.Client DetailsOur client are a leading housing provider in the West Midlands. They have a very successful open market new build company.Description

  • To manage local sales team.
  • Have a strong technical knowledge of new build housing
  • To provide leadership and general management including on-going coaching to ensure that all sales resources are up-skilled and measured as required.
  • To understand the local market location and research the general housing market status and opportunities to attract new leads.
  • To network with local and relevant business partners and relevant new/future customer forums that will allow and optimise the marketing opportunity for the schemes.
  • This includes the management of the sales website that is bespoke and specific to the schemes.
  • To overall manage the sales management programme as required within process and keep all required stakeholders aware of the sales status both for current sales and future sales.
  • To manage the sales environment including the sales office and sales suites to ensure they are presentable and fit for impromptu and scheduled customer interest.
