Head of SalesAutomotiveCompetitive Salary + car allowance, bonusWest MidlandsInterested in working with customers like Ferrari and McLaren Look no further!My Automotive tier one client is seeking a high calibre Head of Sales who will prove to be a key leader in driving through business with new and existing customers, including some of the most prestigious OEMs. Having full responsibility for sales, this person will lead a dynamic team and ensure strategies are executed diligently.Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Driving sales through an enviable customer base
  • Delivering on revenue targets and business growth
  • Managing new projects whilst setting long-term sales strategies
  • You will develop business plans, policies and programs associated with the business unit
  • Working closely with Engineering and New Product Development
  • Develop and maintain direct customer relationships at high strategic levels to keep informed of market issues and opportunities
  • Lead and develop people
  • Frequent travel to develop strategic accounts
  • We are looking for the following:
  • An experienced Automotive sales professional with a demonstrable track record of effective man management
  • Experience of working within an engineering environment with a good understanding of manufacturing process
  • Experience of working with multiple OEMs is a must
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • This person should enjoy the challenge of leading and developing a team
  • Degree qualified
