Eden Brown is delighted to be working with an incredible organisation to recruit them a Head of Income generation. As a national college for people with Disabilities they provide education, training and promote independent living for students aged 16 - 25.The college supports around 300 students. About the role The Head of Income Generation is a brand-new role for a charismatic fundraiser to identify, grasp and execute income generating opportunities and help to achieve the huge potential of the charity. It is such an exciting time to join the charity and as Headof Income Generation you will be instrumental in devising and implementing a fundraising strategy. You will also lead an already established marketing team. You will be responsible for increasing the Charities profile in the Birmingham area to enable successful fundraising across income streams and be the lead driver for income generation which supports the strategic plans of the organisation. You will work closelywith the CEO/Principal to deliver the strategic plan. About you You must have had significant experience in a fundraising role and have a good track record in income generation. You must be a successful bid writer and have a good understanding of how marketing plays a key role in income generation. Experience in leadinga team of fundraisers and developing and implementing strategy is also essential. Please not that this role has a rolling closing date so please apply asap if interested.
