Our Client Our client is a dynamic, innovative and ambitious group consisting of six individual operating companies. Revenue is c. £15m with a strategic plan to grow to £50m and beyond. They are a very entrepreneurial and acquisitive business with companies in a rangeof different sectors including healthcare and technology.The RoleReporting to the Group CEO, you will be a key partner to provide sound financial advice to run the existing business but also to play an integral role in the identification and execution of targeted acquisitions.As a member of the Executive Management team, the Group Finance Director must provide leadership and strategic thinking, ensuring that the organisation is managed in a proper financial and legal manner with the ultimate goal of maximising sustainable growthand planning for individual company exits.Candidate RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced senior strategic finance specialist who has previously help to grow, sell or float a business(es).They will also ensure effective strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring and reporting to enhance the decision-making process of the Senior Management Team. They will be very involved in acquisitions and capable of steering the financial teamfrom circa £15m to £50m and beyond.The Finance Director will be responsible for leading, managing and scaling the "Finance Team". Candidates must be educated to degree level and hold an appropriate accountancy qualification: ACMA, ACA or CIMA, ACCA.You must have extensive demonstrable experience of financial & management accounts, including statutory reporting and audit, at a senior level. Knowledge and experience of developing & implementing appropriate financial controls and governance processes isessential.A high degree of IT literacy experience developing, implementing effective financial systems and processes is also paramount.Our client will welcome candidates from all sectors.
