We are recruiting for a talented General Manager to oversee the Operations for a customer driven retail glazing business that have an excellent name for the service they deliver.You will inspire and manage your teams to ensure that manufacturing, office and on-site installation functions continue to run efficiently, safely and in line with the companys procedures and policies. Working closely with the Managing Director, you willbe encouraged to bring in your own ideas to ensure that the business continues to remains one- step ahead of the competition. This will involve looking at ways to continually evolve and improve whilst bringing your teams along with you on the journey. Youwill play an integral part in all aspects of the business from working with the Sales Teams through to on-site installation and aftersales including processing, surveying and manufacturing, managing the P&L and helping to ensure that the business continuesto grow and run profitably.This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Senior Member of staff for an already successful and customer-driven business that has been recognised with awards for its approach and dedication to customer service.
