The opportunity:Finatal are partnered with a global leader in the manufacturing services space. With Private Equity backing and a broad international presence, the business is searching for an entrepreneurial CFO to join a rapidly growing business. Shareholders believe thebusiness has potential to quickly become a £50-75m revenue business with major growth opportunities. The CEO is looking for a business partner to drive organic and M&A growth from c £9m EBITDA to c £15-20m EBITDA over the next couple years.The requirements:Experience at a PE backed business beforehand is key, with experience round M&A and integration. It is also important for the right candidate to have prior experience in a similar sector. Furthermore, the successful candidate must be able to build a robustfinance function alongside partnering with the CEO to add strategic, operational, and commercial value across the business.
