The opportunity:A Private Equity (PE) backed business in the specialist/complex care sector is currently seeking a CFO to help lead on the next phase of growth of the business. Finatal are leading on the search for the Midlands-based business and having been acquired by amid-market PE house a couple years back, the firm are keen to find a talented CFO to play a pivotal role in the development of the business. The business is currently doing c 4m EBITDA and looking to exit in the next 2-3 years. The business has a good reputationand improves the lives of some of the UKs most vulnerable.The requirements:Experience at a PE backed business beforehand is vital and the ability to help with strategic decision making and setting KPIs (both financially and operationally). The business seeks an energetic and collaborative CFO to partner with the CEO on key strategicdecisions, join a vibrant new executive team and lead a successful exit.
