£25-35K WITH COMMISION BASED IN B7 Account Manager-Perm My clients customer accounts are jointly managed by an Account Director (AD) and an Account Manager or Account Executive (AM). The AD & AM work together as a team, within the overall sales & account management team. The key aspects of the role & sales / account management process, to be consistently managed are: - Be a positive team member, even when under pressure. We consider it vital, and part of the terms of employment, that the AM contributes as a positive part of the overall team. To positively help promote and support the growth of the business (top line and bottom line) and help support a positive, pro-active, can do, team environment. The support of your finance / operations & production colleagues is vital to consistent financial success & progression (for you and the business). - Support your AD, through assisting with the administration associated with your teams customer accounts, including but not limited to: quoting customers, booking jobs in, dealing with queries, following up on quotations to seek the order, keeping Salesforce accurate, and any other ad hoc duties and paperwork required by the AD - Produce quotations for existing customer campaigns projects as requested and follow up on, with a view to securing the business. - Endeavour to produce quotations and win orders in line with the companies agreed acceptable average gross profit. The average gross profit required across all customer jobs in your team (postage & services combined) - Regular telephone contact with existing customers, to develop the spend, frequency of use and gross profitability, under the guidance of the AD. - Pro-actively seek to expand the companies turnover & gross profits generated, through retention of your teams customer bases monthly sales & gross profit % levels. - Endeavour to maximise the gross profit margin of all customer jobs, to include: quoting at correct margins, help minimising job labour & material costs & minimising the postage job costs. - It is always our intention to delight our customers. We require the AM to represent us positively & professionally at all times, always looking to delight the customer wherever possible. Go the extra mile. - Liaise closely with members of the campaign management & production team, to ensure that all the job information is correctly entered into the production database, ensuring that the correct & full information is being passed through to your production colleagues. - Ensuring that customer mailing deadlines and priorities are being realistically set (in line with our capacity) & met. - To conduct any other duties not mentioned above, as reasonably required by a director/s of the company.
