Job Description

Account Executives required - Scotland, Midlands & South EastBASIC SALARY £27,830 plus sales performance bonus up to £15k uncapped. COMPANY CAR, COMPANY CREDIT CARD.Our client is looking for Account Executives to promote and sell individual and corporate health plan policies to existing and potential customers as a leading provider of employee health plans in the UK and Ireland. If you are a sucessful Account Managerplease get in touch ASAP!To achieve or exceed sales targets and to meet employee engagement targets.

  • Proactively seeking new sales opportunities within the geographical area through engagement with existing customer portfolio to develop opportunities to promote the companys health plan to their employees.
  • Deliver workplace and virtual presentations to promote our health plans and secure new policyholders. In some circumstances and in order to meet the needs of our customers this may require scheduling appointments outside of normal working hours or normalworking days. The requirement is to maximise the time spent with customers at times that are convenient for their business needs.
  • Providing an excellent standard of customer service and account management for existing customers. Supporting their client portfolio with quarterly to annual reviews to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • The achievement of the agreed annual sales target for the defined territory in relation to new corporate agreements, the number of new policyholders secured and meeting quality thresholds regarding customer engagement.
  • Ensuring that new leads, both self-generated and allocated by the Sales and Marketing team are actively nurtured and pursued through to the point of closure. Where closure is not achieved report on the reasons and action alternative approaches.
  • Maintain excellent levels of administration within your role, in particular adherence to GDPR and data management processes.
  • Working in conjunction with National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies that ensure national accounts have agreed levels of service in the geographical area.
  • Work with the marketing department to deliver promotional materials appropriate to your customers needs.
  • To assist with any special projects and undertake any other duties as required by the National Sales Manager.
PersonProven Sales Skills
  • Proven ability to achieve own sales targets, and sustain these over a period of time.
  • Previous Account Management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of the full sales cycle from a planning stage to securing the sale, delivery for the customer and through ongoing account management.
  • An understanding of the companys health plan and the Health Cash Plan market is desirable.
  • Willingness to visit other territories within the UK, necessitating occasional overnight stays.

  • Excellent presentation skills to both small and large audiences of varying occupational groups
