Job Description

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and providing guidance on HR policies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and contribute to the selection process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and contribute to performance improvement plans
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies are in compliance.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities
To be successful in this role you will have…Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and general HR functions.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
