Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity SurveyorSalary: £60,000 - £80,000Alecto Recruitment are currently representing a well established High-End Residential company, who, due to continued success, are seeking an experienced Senior/Quantity Surveyor to join their business. They are a fantastic company that specialise within the High-End new build and refurbishment but also work within the High-End retail and hospitality sectors as well.They are looking for candidates who have extensive experience within the High-End residential sector and are capable of working autonomously.The Role:

  • You will be working from the office in Central/West London as well as visiting sites as and when required.
  • You will be working in a customer facing role, on major high residential projects consistening of refurb and new build works.
  • Be required too;
  • Detail a labour cost schedule including anticipated target hours,
  • Calculate all the prime costs on developments within the business while reporting any movements in the costs.
    • Key Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Experience working within the High-End Residential sector.
  • Experience working on a range of projects.
  • Previous works with Super Prime proejcts.
    • Package:
  • £60,000 - £80,000
