Job Description

My client is a family run, independent agency and is looking for a new Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Prime Central London.This role is perfect for someone who has experience in valuations and is hungry for new business.Duties

  • Confidently register applicants, arrange, attend, and conduct property viewings.
  • Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
  • Strong understanding on the current market with the ability to give prospect Landlords up-to-date valuations.
  • Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
Requirements
  • Strong abilities to bring on new clients.
  • Experience in valuations
  • Great customer service and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
