Job Description

Live Nation Merchandise is one of the leading music merchandise companies in the world and work with some of the greatest music artists of our time.Were seeking a bright, and self-driven individual with a love of music and fashion to join our sales team. Representing our amazing roster of artists, you will work with existing wholesale and fashion retailers to drive sales of official merchandise.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign & Presenting

  • Working with our in-house design team to match our artist assets to current fashion trends
  • Collating and presenting quarterly look book of designs/products
  • Collating and sharing artist activity and anniversaries
  • Approvals
  • Managing approval process for all designs/products, concept approval/pre-production approval/production approval
  • Liaising with artists reps on style guide assets, design revisions and products launches
  • Create and maintain critical path for all development by customers
  • Order processing
  • Work with wholesalers to manage their buying cycles to ensure Live Nation is planning to secure listings
  • Work with key wholesalers to forecast income on a quarterly basis
  • Work with Live Nation nominated printers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of all B2B range
  • Negotiate with the printers to continue the value for money based upon the quantity of sales provided through them
  • Processing Purchase orders, Sales order and Bill of materials (Sage)
  • Processing invoices for High street Fashion accounts
  • Other Duties
  • Plan and attend meeting with EU clients every 4-6 weeks
  • Emails on a daily basis between 100-150
  • Assisting the Sales Director generating reports and forecasts
  • Adapting designs to meet the needs of our clients and providing further potential sales
  • Arrange collection and deliveries between Printer and customers
  • Resolve discrepancies between customer and printers
  • REQUIREMENT Essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, but also to take a higher level view of data and highlight salient facts for discussion
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to operate using own initiative
  • Proactivity - display strong initiative and ability to identify and rectify issues

  • Effective communication with finance and non-finance personnel at all levels of the business
