Job Description

Up to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits� Hybrid Working - 1 day / week wfh Central LondonWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager in Real Estate Finance to join a dynamic team at a leading international bank located in the heart of London. Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Head of Real Estate Finance,this role involves monitoring a designated business portfolio, cultivating new business opportunities, preparing credit proposals, and managing various aspects of the real estate finance process. Fluent Cantonese is essential and UK experience highly desirableDuties of the Real Estate Finance Manager to include:

  • Monitor designated business portfolio.
  • Cultivate new business (both primary and secondary deals).
  • Prepare credit proposals and periodic credit review reports and submit in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Risk Management during pre-approval on credit risk matters.
  • Work closely with Loan Support & Services during post-approval on loan documentation matters.
  • Collaborate with KYC team and Business Distribution and Service to onboard new borrowing customers.
  • Develop strategies, tactics & action plans to achieve key performance targets.
  • Keep abreast of banking regulations, the Bank’s lending policy, and the latest market conditions.
What we need from you:
  • Cantonese language skills are essential. UK experience is highly desirable
  • University graduate in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, or related disciplines.
  • Credit and documentation experience in proposing and negotiating credit structures.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk administration practices.
