Job Description

Our client is a highly respected managing agent looking for an experienced property manager to take responsibility for the management of the common parts of a portfolio of blocks largely in West London.Property Managers responsibilities:

  • Looking after just a handful of sites all within easy reach of the office
  • Carrying out site inspections as required
  • Attending some AGMs and client meetings plus regular lessee contact
  • Preparing service charge budgets and monitoring expenditure
  • Monitoring service charge collection to ensure necessary works are properly funded
    • The company benefits from having a well-established team and is looking for an additional experienced property manager with a settled employment history. You should have a good understanding of leases, service charge budgets and major works.
