Job Description

Programme ManagerA leading global provider of new generation IT solutions to the Travel, Transportation and Logistics industries is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to manage multiple workstreams for a major implementation with a leading cruise line.The Role:

  • Manage multiple workstreams (e.g. Implementation, Training, Data Migration and Testing) and Project Managers to meet project milestones, schedule and budget.
  • Establishing, controlling and reporting programme schedules and costs.
  • Managing the customer and other stakeholders
  • Identifying programme resource, skill and training requirements for the Resource Plan.
  • Establish and maintain programme metrics to measure and report progress.
  • Identify and monitor risk registers.
  • Plan and conduct project reviews.
Essential Requirements:
  • A degree in an IT related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years experience in IT Project/Programme Management.
  • Cruise line industry experience.
  • Programme management and planning skills, including budgets, schedules, risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Requirements:
  • Experience dealing with offshore teams.
