Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO & Founder of a leading property media infrastructure business based in West London.This role requires managing a busy diary, arranging travel, handling paperwork, and assisting with personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be someone who can drive and is prepared to be flexible with their working hours to meet the demands of the role.Role: Personal Assistant to the CEO & FounderSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Location: West London. Hybrid working is availableContract type: Temp to Perm (3 months Temp probation period)Hours: 9:00-17:30 (flexibility is needed) Monday - FridayStart date: ASAPResponsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the CEO’s diary and schedule, ensuring optimal use of his time.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for business and personal trips.
  • Handle confidential paperwork and correspondence with discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including household management.
  • Be prepared to be in the office as required and work flexibly around the CEO’s commitments.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and think two steps ahead, coordinating with groups of people and managing complex travel arrangements.
  • Maintain a bubbly and approachable personality while handling confidential information.
Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Confidence and ability to stand up to strong personalities and manage expectations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate challenges and timelines clearly.
  • A valid driving licence and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience in household management and personal tasks is highly desirable.
  • Must be discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
